Anxiety & Depression

Since 9/11 anxiety and depression has been increasing among our
children and youth, ADHD diagnosis has increased 43% (which in fact
may be trauma related instead of ADHD) and suicide among 10-14-
year-old children has increased 200%. Covid 19, school shootings, and
community violence has created a significant mental health crisis!
This one-hour workshop has been created for participants to replicate
in their schools to raise teacher awareness. Data is described briefly
and techniques for teachers to use in short early morning sessions
with students are designed to empower all staff and students with life-
skills for coping with anxiety and depression.
